EASYDCC System Basic Hookup
All EASYDCC installations are basically the same.
The illustration below shows the primary components as well as a simplified hookup diagram.

Command Station
- Main processor for all functions
- Only one needed per layout
- Includes RS232 serial port
- Has two built-in throttles
Programming Track
- Used to program locomotive decoders
- Can be used without stopping the layout
- Can program any type of decoder
Power Supply
- Provides AC power for Booster
- Protected against short circuits and overload
- On/Off switch and twist-on terminals
Booster
- DCC signal amplifier used to drive track
- Available in three different styles and ratings
- Short circuit protected with alarm buzzer
- Use multiple boosters for large layouts
- Booster10 offers voltages suitable for G scale
Mobile Decoder
- Install in each powered locomotive
- Guaranteed compatibility with all decoder brands

Accessory Decoder - AD4
- Controls Turnouts, lamps and accessories
- Four independent outputs per AD4 decoder card
Extender
- Drives the tethered throttle bus
- Up to 10 tethered throttles per extender
Fascia Plates and Throttle Bus
- Tethered throttles plug into these
- Uses inexpensive TV coax and twist on connectors
- Use our kit or build your own
Plug-In Throttles
- Full featured, hand-held throttle with big knob
- Inexpensive and easy to use
Wireless Throttles
- 900 MHz Radio Throttle
- Same features as plug-in throttle (except cord)
- Use along with plug-in throttles or alone
Wireless Basestation
- Receiver for wireless throttle transmissions
- Supports up to 8 wireless throttles at the same time
- User selectable modes for optimum reception
- Plug into throttle bus or direct to Command Station
