  • USA shipping charges are based on actual weight and distance shipped. Use the chart on the USA shipping charges page to estimate charges when paying by check. Credit card orders will have exact charge added.
  • If paying by check, any shortage will be billed upon shipment. Prompt payment is appreciated.
  • USA Federal Express is available for in stock items - see below.
  • Non-USA airmail shipping charges will vary based on weight and distance shipped. FAX or email for an estimate if paying by money order. Credit card orders will have exact charge added.

PRICING/QUANTITIES: Prices based on latest price list. Prices are subject to change without notice and some quantities may be limited.
PAYMENT: Cash, check, money order and VISA/Mastercard are accepted. All payments are to be made in USA dollars. Payment must accompany your order. Sorry, no CODs or purchase orders (POs). No Canadian personal checks or Canadian Postal Money Orders.
CREDIT CARDS: Be sure to include card type, card number, expiration date, name as shown on card and any other numbers shown on face of card.
SALES TAX: Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.
DELIVERY: Shipments are made via Priority First Class and AIR MAIL. No UPS. No CODs. Express Mail service is available on credit card orders for an extra charge. Exact charge will be added to your invoice. 		RETURNED ITEMS: All returned items subject to 15% restocking charge.
BACKORDERS: You may cancel a backorder at any time and receive a full refund.
PLACING ORDERS: Phone orders are gladly accepted during our normal business hours: M-F 10AM - 4PM Central Time. Our phone number is 972-238-9966. General questions or inquiries should not be included with orders. All inquiries other than orders should include a #10 business-size envelope.

NOTICE ON DELIVERY TIME AND BACKORDERS:

Please allow 10 days for normal delivery. However, if we are temporarily out of stock, you will receive a post card with your invoice number and the expected delivery date. Please check the box as to your preference on back orders.
